sparking creative conversations.
WELCOME TO ME.

Cass is a multidisciplinary Caymanian creative and producer with a background in film, performance, and strategic marketing.
After earning her BFA in Film from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, she co-founded BGBA Media Group and trained at UCB, iO, Second City, and Groundlings. She performed, produced, and taught improv while working in talent representation.
Returning to Cayman in 2015, Cass blended her creative and strategic skills across local film, marketing, and event production - building a portfolio with the National Gallery and KPMG. She later expanded her project management expertise in Atlanta through roles in non-profits and Microsoft.
Now serving as Head of Theatre and Festivals at the Cayman National Cultural Foundation, Cass leads national arts initiatives including Wha Happening, CAYFEST, and CNCF’s inaugural Director-in-Residency Programme.
Her current focus includes revitalizing the National Arts and Culture Awards, launching training programmes for theatre professionals, and growing the National Organizations Portfolio - supporting Cayman’s Choir & Orchestra, Theatre Company, and National Dance Company.
